Jeffrey Suchocki is Vice President at RNA Advisors with nearly 20 years of experience in financial and economic analysis in the technology and healthcare services industries. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with a background in valuation, financial modeling, litigation support and business consulting.
Mr. Suchocki has been involved in the analysis and valuation of intellectual property for financial reporting purposes in a variety of industries and for numerous dispute resolution cases involving some of the most well-known technology brands in the world.
He has performed dozens of valuations in the healthcare services industry in the context of M&A and for dispute resolution.
Mr. Suchocki specializes in the development of financial and statistical models in complex cases for the purposes of forecasting, valuation, and general statistical analysis. He is currently developing data analytics applications written in the Python and R environments.
Prior to joining RNA, Mr. Suchocki was the founder and President of DKOC Enterprises, a private consulting firm specializing in valuations in healthcare services, dispute resolution and for tax and financial reporting purposes. He was also an adjunct professor of economics at PVCC in Phoenix, AZ teaching an introductory microeconomics course in the Business and IT department. He was a consultant for both KPMG, LLP and FTI Consulting where he created various financial models to assess economic damages in litigation matters involving the firms’ clients. He also worked in various consulting roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Suchocki is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFAI) and the Phoenix Society of Financial Analysts. He earned a degree in finance from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, and both a MS degree in Economics and a MBA from Arizona State University. He completed two formal certification programs in Data Analytics and in Social Sciences research and analysis at the Institute for Advanced Statistical Studies.
