Mr. Tanner has over 20 years of experience in management consulting at top-tier strategy consulting firms and in senior-level executive roles at major medical device and diagnostics companies. He has deep strategic, commercial, and financial expertise, having led in-depth consulting engagements at over 60 corporate clients.
He has served as a Vice President and Senior Leadership Team executive at Edwards Lifesciences, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Marketing, Therapy Development, Product Marketing, and Sales Management, in both Global and US-focused roles. John was the Vice President of Strategic Marketing for a genomic oncology diagnostic start-up. He has held strategy consulting positions at L.E.K. Consulting, Mitchell Madison Group, and Mitral Consulting. Mr. Tanner earned an M.B.A. in Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago with high honors, where he also received the Ryerson-Tull Prize for Management Excellence.
