Client Success: Transaction Support to Assess Value from Different Perspectives

John Tanner has joined RNA Capital Advisors’ growing healthcare practice as Director. Mr. Tanner will focus on providing a greater breadth and depth of commercial and decision-support services to our healthcare, life science, technology and capital market clients.

Mr. Tanner brings over 20 years of experience in management consulting at top-tier strategy consulting firms and in senior-level executive roles at major medical device and diagnostics companies. He has deep strategic, commercial, and financial expertise, having led in-depth consulting engagements at over 60 corporate clients. Previously, he served as a Vice President and Senior Leadership Team executive at Edwards Lifesciences, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Marketing, Therapy Development, Product Marketing, and Sales Management, in both Global and US-focused roles.

Prior to joining RNA, John was the Vice President of Strategic Marketing for a genomic oncology diagnostic start-up. He has held strategy consulting positions at L.E.K. Consulting, Mitchell Madison Group, and Mitral Consulting. Mr. Tanner earned an M.B.A. in Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago with high honors, where he also received the Ryerson-Tull Prize for Management Excellence.
