SCOTT SOLOMON

Mr. Solomon has served as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for several public and private companies in the investment banking, gaming and retail industries.

He was the first General Counsel of Houlihan Lokey (NYSE:HLI), an international investment banking firm. Scott was also the General Counsel of a boutique firm that provided financial and strategic analysis and transaction support services to life sciences and media companies. Prior to joining RNA Advisors, Mr. Solomon was the Chief Legal Officer of JMP Group, a San Francisco-based investment banking and asset management firm.

He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
